The Alpenhof goes back to the very beginning of Teton Village, when the Swiss German owners purchased the prime location at the resort, designing their intimate retreat to reflect the charm and gaeity of the fine country inns of their homeland.
With just 42 rooms, our goal is to combine the warmth and personalized service of a bed and breakfast with the amenities of a full-service hotel.

Our 42 guest rooms are handsomely appointed with handcrafted Bavarian furnishings. Some rooms have fireplaces and/or balconies; all have luxurious down comforters, and white thirsty towels. You will find a warmth and coziness in all the Alpenhof rooms which you will remember long after you leave.
Edelweiss Jr. Suite Our most luxurious room features a deck, Jacuzzi tub, fireplace and hand-carved accents.
Jungfrau Jr. Suite A smaller version of the luxurious Edelweiss Suite.
Alpine Fireplace Rooms Large rooms with wood-burning fireplaces and decks. They comes with a King bed and sleeper sofa.
Arlberg Family Suite A modest suite of rooms – if you want luxury, please see the Edelweiss and Jungfrau rooms above – the Arlberg Family Suite has one bedroom with two Queen beds and a bathroom, one bedroom with one Queen bed and a bathroom, and a living room.
Tyrolean Rooms Large beautiful rooms with decks. They come with a King bed and sleeper sofa or two Queen beds.
Bavarian Rooms Our most popular rooms, cozy and comfortable with Bavarian charm. These mid-size rooms come with a King bed or two Double beds.
Dolomite Rooms Small cozy rooms with a Queen bed.
Gable Rooms Small rooms sitting atop the hotel in the gables. These have the coziness of an Austrian Guest House. These rooms have either 2 Double beds or 1 Queen bed. These rooms require you to climb the last flight of stairs to the 4th floor.

The Alpenhof is located at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, next to the Aerial Tram, at 3255 West Village Dr., Teton Village, WY 83025
We are two miles from the entrance to the Grand Teton National Park and an hour’s drive further north to Yellowstone National Park. 20 minutes south of us is the cowboy town of Jackson.
Directions from town of Jackson Take Hwy. 22 west out of town. Cross the Snake River and turn right at the light onto Hwy. 390. Head north on Hwy. 390 approximately 7 miles to Teton Village (one-half mile before the entrance to Grand Teton National Park). Turn left onto Village Road and go straight to the Alpenhof.
Directions from Airport We can arrange to have a taxi meet you. Shuttle buses also take air passengers directly to the Alpenhof.
If renting a car, exit right from the airport heading toward the town of Jackson, then follow above directions.
