Mayrhofen ski resort in Austria is one of the smaller ski resorts in Austria.
That allows each and every guest to receive more of a personalized experience than one would get at a larger resort. The skiing is fabulous and starts off with a ride on the Penken Gondola, which carries skiers and some spectators to the base of a few ski lifts. From there, skiers are delivered to an elevation of more than 5,350 feet, where they have an endless number of ski runs to experience on both the north and south sides of the mountain.
What sets Mayrhofen ski resort apart is its apres-ski atmosphere. 28 mountain huts and outdoor bars, the most famous of which is the "Ice Bar", offer great eats and great music.
Whatever your tastes, be it exquisite dining, scenic views during outdoor activities, or relaxing in your luxurious accommodations, you will find your fill at Mayrhofen ski resort.
